About me
My name is Robert McGuire and I am a composer based in Dublin, Ireland. I began my journey in audio with an Advanced Diploma in Sound Engineering and Music Production from Pulse College, Dublin in 2008. Since then I have worked extensively with audio technology, composition, and music production, developing skills both through formal study and professional practice. I also hold Avid Specialist level certification in Pro Tools.
In November 2025, I completed the Graduate Diploma programme in Film and Game Scoring with the Film Scoring Academy of Europe, where I have been able to expand my skills in orchestration, composition, and storytelling through music.
I am currently studying an MA in Professional Media Composition with ThinkSpace.
