Evyen J. Klean is the founder and owner of Neophonic, Inc., one of the most successful, award-winning, and respected full-service music supervision firms in the industry. Evyen is an Emmy Award winner and has also received four Emmy honors. He is a seven-time Guild of Music Supervisor Award winner and a Hollywood Music in Media winner and five-time nominee.
Evyen initially founded Neophonic as a record label, recording studio, artist management firm, and music publishing company, before transitioning the company into music supervision in the 1990s. Evyen has supervised and consulted on hundreds of films and thousands of hours of television. From full-service soundtrack production and supervision to creative and technical consultation, he has worked with every major studio, network, and independent production company. Evyen and the Neophonic team have provided Music Department Services for HBO and now Max for more than twenty years, collaborating with dozens of award-winning directors, producers, and composers, as well as producing music with countless musical artists. Recent music supervision projects include "The Last of Us,” "House of the Dragon," "Peacemaker,” and "The Gilded Age," and consultation on dozens of other HBO and Max projects.
